Inside the Practice is a publication about the craft of internal investigations—work that is central to organizational accountability but rarely taught in any formal way. In-house lawyers, HR leaders, compliance officers, and outside investigators are asked every day to conduct sensitive, high-stakes investigations. They know the law, the policies, and the procedures.
